You should never have more than one culture in a company. If you let managers create their own subcultures, you’re inviting chaos and corporate politics. The inevitable conflicts will create communications problems, morale problems, coordination problems, and ultimately turnover problems.

The True purpose of a present is to be received. Presents are not 'things' but a means for conveying someone’s feelings.
To go forward, we need to move faster. And as leaders, we need to stay ahead, we need to see more than others, and we need to see before others.
