The point is that the ceiling of social comparison is so high that virtually no one will ever hit it. Which means it’s a battle that can never be won, or that the only way to win is to not fight to begin with—to accept that you might have enough, even if it’s less than those around you.
You just need to be positive, believe in yourself, and focus on others.
Maybe happiness is sometimes.
If you build an organization made up of high performers, you can eliminate most controls. The denser the talent, the greater the freedom you can offer.
We can rise too high but can never stoop too low.
People are attracted to power and success; they seek it out and strive to be close to those who possess both.
